By accessing or using the Syntra platform operated by DATAI (Pty) Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Syntra is an AI-powered chatbot platform that allows users to create, train, and deploy intelligent chatbots for business purposes. The service includes document processing, natural language understanding, and integration capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Business accounts must be registered by authorized representatives

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious content or harmful materials
• Impersonate others or provide false information

5. Subscription and Payment

Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable VAT
• Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided in accordance with South African consumer protection laws
• Free trial periods can be cancelled without charge

Our IP

The Syntra platform, including all software, AI models, and proprietary technology, remains the exclusive property of DATAI (Pty) Ltd. No license or ownership rights are transferred to users.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content
• We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.7% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to suspend service for security or technical reasons

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, DATAI (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
